Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT Screen Protector for Apple Watch Ultra 4/3/2/1 (49mm)

UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTH ———————— This looks and feels great for the first 3–4 weeks, as I mentioned in my original review and in the first two photos below. But after about 3 weeks, it starts peeling from the sides. see third photo. They sent two covers. When the first one started peeling, I thought it was my fault, so I took it off and applied second one. That one also looked great without bubbles or any issue. so smooth and almost invisible. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening with the second too. just after just 3–4 weeks of use. Unless you’re okay with buying a new pair every two months, I can’t recommend this. You’d be better off buying a cheap guard and replacing it every month rather than spending ~$20 on something for using just 2 months. I’ve been exclusively using only Spigen guards for my iPhone and my family’s iPhones for almost 6 years, and I recommend same to everyone around me. but can’t do the same for this watch guard so this is very disappointing, especially coming from Spigen. ————— ORIGINAL REVIEW —————— Since 2020, I haven’t bought a screen protector from any brand other than Spigen. My or anyone in my family iPhone, iPad, Tesla screen, and now even my watch are all protected by Spigen. I genuinely haven’t found another brand that does it better. Regarding this watch screen guard—- — It’s so thin lightweight and smooth that you barely notice its there. — Costs a bit more than others but the installation experience is 10/10 thanks to the perfectly designed alignment frames. I’ll never buying anything other than Spigen. Thank you Spigen.

The Spigen Glas.tR EZ Fit screen protectors are excellent and very easy to install. The EZ Fit tray makes alignment almost foolproof, and both protectors went on cleanly with no bubbles or dust issues. The fit on the Apple Watch Ultra (49mm) is precise and covers the screen well without interfering with touch sensitivity. Once installed, the glass feels smooth and responsive, and it doesn’t take away from the clarity or brightness of the display. Having two protectors in the pack is also a big plus in case you ever need a replacement. Overall, this is a great option if you want simple installation and reliable screen protection for your Apple Watch Ultra. I’m very disappointed with this product. I have purchased 2 packages and I can’t get it to install without debris stuck under the screen protector. I’ve used great care to ensure a dust free workspace. Yet every time I install there is something stuck under the screen protector, despite verifying the watch screen is debris and dust free. This has never happened with other Spigen products. I still have no screen protector on my device, even though I’ve gone through 4 screen protectors. I’ve followed the instructions to the letter and watched the video on the Spigen website. I really hoped this would’ve worked at least once!

Super easy to install. Link to YouTube install video made it even easier. My iPhone watch face is really rugged but an extra layer is cheap to stop possible bad things from happening.

I have been a fan of the Spigen protectors for quite a long time now as they are quality products. But I had a couple of issues with these for the Apple Watch Ultra. There are two of these in a pack and I was thankful for that as the first one I had did not stick well at all and I had to immediately replace it. I have never had that issue before, so I chalked that up to bad luck on my part. I recleaned the watch screen and triple checked to make sure there wasn't any unseen substance on the watch face after cleaning again. The second unit stuck fine and went about my evening and as all other times was very happy with the screen protector. Now during wearing the new protector the second glass got damaged and that is when for me at least I noticed a potential issue with using one on the watch. The glass sticks up ever so slightly above the edge of the watch. And as such I managed to damage the edge of the second protector. This led to a spot / air bubble on another part and then lead to spider cracks on the glass after a day or two. So, I had to remove the second one. I feel if you have some other case/protector on the outside of the watch edge to where it will be slightly higher than the glass these would work much better for you as you would not snag or hit the edges directly. The one I used on my iphone 12 pro max as never had an issue and I am still on my first one since shortly after that model released and it has been dropped many times and never an issue. But it has a slim case that sits slightly higher than the edge of the protector. For now I may hold off on using the replacement that was sent and see what happens as the sapphire crystal face withstand a lot. Notable takeaways : Spigen customer service was excellent, I explained the issues with the first unit and sent pictures. after a few emails back and forth they replaced the defective item for me. Ease of installation these have a satisfying feeling once done installing. I recall the days when applying protectors correctly was a struggle and caused a lot of grief.

Fit perfectly and easy to apply

These are a very good buy if you want to protect the screen of an Apple Watch Ultra without affecting the look or usability too much. The tempered glass feels good quality, fits well, and gives that extra peace of mind against scratches and everyday knocks. Application was straightforward, and once fitted they sit neatly on the screen without being too noticeable. The touch response still feels good, and the display remains clear, which is exactly what you want from a screen protector. Having a 2-pack is also a nice bonus, whether as a spare or in case the first one ever needs replacing. Overall, they feel like a practical accessory that helps protect an expensive device without much compromise.

Excellent screen protector. Installation was extremely easy thanks to the alignment frame — no bubbles, no dust, perfect positioning on the first try. The glass feels smooth, very responsive to touch, and does not affect Face ID or screen clarity at all. Fits perfectly with my case and covers the screen well without lifting at the edges. Great value for the quality. Definitely would buy again.

Easy to install

As expected, however, the included cleaning and anti-dust features are not very effective—they require multiple uses and external assistance to clean the surface. The cover is great; one month plus of abuse and no complaints.
