I almost didn't buy this cookie tin with the negative reviews To say it doesn't hold enough cookies is just not true. It is a perfect size for at least 2 doz cookies and it came just as expected on time - and even nicer in person than in the picture. I am thrilled with this cookie tin and it looks amazing on my island. I like keeping snacks/cookies on hand and it's so easy to take the lid off - the handle is very secure. Don't hesitate to purchase as you won't be sorry. So glad I did - you see the beauty of the tin and not the cookies/snacks which I so love because it adds a pop of color to my kitchen. A lot of bang for your buck!

This cookie jar is great. It's quiet to open a definite plus. And if the grandkids drop it, well it may dent but it won't break. Plus it seals out the air so our cookie supply stays fresh longer.

I had asked a question prior to purchasing this cookie tin, wanting to know if the word “cookies” was in all caps or lowercase letters. I received mixed answers. So, I went ahead and ordered it and I thought I should mention that mine came with the word in all caps. Just in case anyone else is wondering (because you will see photos of both). However, judging by the responses to the question, this may change. As far as the quality goes, I’m very pleased. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and has no defects that I can see. Since many of the reviews mentioned the handle on the top coming off, I decided to only open it using the lid itself. If my husband opts for the handle on top (thus ignoring my specific instructions LOL) and it breaks, I will update my review. But overall, I’m very pleased, especially for the price point on this.

I have the hardest time visualizing sizes when ordering things online - even when dimensions are clearly stated. So, here is a photo with a standard-size soda can for scale. This is a nice tin cookie jar. There is a rubber gasket around the edge of the lid, but I don't really think this would be a good air-tight seal for freshness. It just doesn't seem to seal that completely. That could just be the jar I received, or the construction of the jar itself. I am using it to hold a couple of different varieties of cookies that are each in their own sealed bag, so I'm unsure if the seal is tight enough to keep baked goods really fresh. The color is great and the jar is very well-made. I really like tin containers and have found that some are made of extremely thin material, but this one is quite solid and sturdy. Mine arrived in great condition. Sometimes, tin containers can get tossed around and arrive dented, but this one was well-packed and showed up undamaged. Overall, very nice cookie jar but smaller than I thought it would be and with a so-so seal on the lid. Good price!

Good seal, vibrant color and great sized. Love my cookie pot. Looks great with my coffee bar decor. Once I go on a diet (lol) I could use it to store anything else...coffee pods, candies from kids and dads...cookie cutters and more.

El producto llegó a tiempo pero en pésimas condiciones esta abollado la tapa llego descarapelada y con óxido y por dentro también tenia rallado el esmalte
