I see that the seller has been diligently trying to reach me regarding this matter. To Seller: Ashley, thanks for your attempts to bring satisfaction for this order. I tried to answer on the amazon system, but without success. Can you send me another message? The bar included in this kit is junk. I am only 150lbs, and doing just medium resistance, the bar bent. I kept tightening the 3 piece bar twisting the bolt and threads tight, but soon that did not help either. The threads get loose, and then you can not get it to tighten well anymore. No place to contact the seller privately. Would like to give an opportunity to fix the problem before I give such a low rating, but that is not possible. I hope SELLER contacts me if they see this.

Band Broke
The 25-65 lb broke after using maybe 20 times. Very disappointed since I have only had for a few months. I’m not a heavy lifter and felt these should last quite a bit longer. I don’t even want to use the other bands because when this one snapped, I almost got hit with the bar. Update: the seller reached out to me quickly and was able to refund me the cost of the defective bands. I have upgraded my rating because of this. I considered going higher but since I still consider this not safe, I don’t want to make more than 2 stars

Snapped and whacked me in the foot
Light use and on my third time using it it snapped on me and injured my foot

Half good
When trying to do a deadlift the joints where the bar connect to the extension bent. Great concept but need a stronger bar.

Great for boxing workouts
I mainly use these for doing squats and boxing workouts They are very strong and seem like they will hold up for quite some time The length is really good and the pole feels sturdy when using

Great way to workout
I just moved into a new apartment and needed a way to workout due to my new place not having a gym. These bands were a great way for me to keep in shape and is very simple to use. There is some progressive overload so you wont be stuck with the same resistance.
