It's really cute - I'd give the appearance 4 stars. It gets 2 stars for my complaints: it provides almost ZERO protection, but the worse thing is the bottom part is higher than the laptop keyboard. I wish it was even and flat because feeling it dig into my skin as a rest my wrists on my laptop is SO VERY ANNOYING. Average: 3 stars.

Fits very nicely on my laptop and has a soft finish to it. My two suggestions for improvement would be that the rubber feet be more traction like, they are very smooth so don't grip the table as hard as my last case (they are ok though), and that the bottom part of the case sticks up over the computer by 1-2 mm, so it isn't a smooth edge with the bottom of the laptop. Picture is pretty and very vibrant (better than the images). Overall pleased.

Its a hard case thats a teeny bit hard to snap off but you wont need to until you change it. Has a soft finish on top of the plastic like a rubber-feel but it is not bendy or squishy like rubber. Ive ordered other ones from top case that come with a plastic screen protector and a keyboard protecter but this one has neither. The picture and the printing is done really really well like you can rub your had on top of the big ben and feel the different texture which is cool.

I loved the way this case worked and it fit my computer perfectly! The only disappointed was that it didn't seem as sturdy as I would like it to be. I accidentally bumped the corner of my computer on a kitchen table and it cracked the corner of the case and broke off.

The bottom cover has tabs on it that sit near where your wrists would rest. I found it very irritating to my wrists. I only use the top cover since the bottom cover was too irritating. The feel of the shell material is slightly rubberized. I've had it for a few months now, and the picture quality is still good. It hasn't scraped off or faded.

I wanted some sort of cover for my laptop that provided a bit more grip for my personal laptop. I went through a number of different choices and chose this one. I really like the pattern and it has a matte finish. After several weeks, it doesn't seem to affect the cooling of the laptop but it has stayed on without having to readjust. Easy access to all the ports on either side. It's an absolute great value for the price.

I have been using this case for a few days and so far so good. I love the look and it feels very sturdy and good quality. My only issue is with the bottom piece, it's cool having that protected as well but the top edge that sits right where my wrists sometimes lay is a little scratchy. I hope over time it will wear down a bit and soften up, because of this I couldn't give it 5 stars. Other than that I'm happy with the case and would recommend it. I'll write an updated review after using it and traveling with it for a couple months to see how well it held up.

Works as needed, much less costly as the Speck brand (had them for years) but it does get dirty very easily. The first day I had black smudges and can not get it cleaned off. Luckily I already had a product like this before since no instruction for installation provided.
