Easy to setup, colour reproduction is good. The only negative so far is that when printing remotely from my Android phone there is no feedback on whether it is successful or not. Edit:- A USB cable is needed for scanning which is not supplied.

This is a rubbish printer. fails to print more times than it does. eats through ink like no other and if not used for a few days dries up and just won't print. You can't just print in Black and white when the colours are low, it won't let you unless you replace the colour cartridges. utterly useless and frustrating. don't buy it.

OK, 4 stars-why? Not for the printer itself, that gets a 10 in my book, very easy to set up, good wireless connectivity and the print and scan quality is excellent, no complaints there. It will also take 3rd party cartridges and with 4 cartridges you only have to replace the colour that has run out although in all fairness most of the modern printers use this method anyway. Now we get to the caveat and the loss of 1 star - Subscription ink, sounds great doesn't it? You pay a monthly subscription, get 'UP TO' 70% off (Note the 'Up To') and you never run out of ink again... Printing Utopia! Only it isn't! Your price point on your plan determines how many pages you can print within a set period! This was the case when other printer manufacturers went down this road (no names mentioned but everyone knows who they are), this is blatant anti-consumerism, you buy a printer, you subscribe (buy) to a replacement ink service but the manufacturer tells you how many pages you can print based on the price level, in effect, if you exceed your quota your printer is 'bricked' until the next rollover date! Do yourself a big favour and just buy the ink from whoever gives you the best price and steer well clear of subscription based ink services, other than that this printer is a real gem and highly recommended.

I had Brother printer for about 20 yrs .It finally gave up so had to replace it .I bought this one because it had the functions I used .It works really well I had to get my son to set it up for me as I am not very good at that side of things ,he said it was easy to do . I am pleased with the clear printing it does

Excellent printer, I’ve had an older model and was happy with this, and happy with is upgraded one. Easy to use and fab options it has, quick to print and fab quality.

I bought this printer three months ago for occasional printing at home. I found it fiddly to set up the internet connection despite the fact that the printer is about 30cm from my router. I have had no other issues with connecting anything else to it (TV's phones & tablets). Then two days ago when I needed to print something urgent it said there was an error. This was odd because nothing had changed and all my other devices were working perfectly. I looked on the Epson support site and nothing that was suggested was of any help. Amazon are not offering me the opportunity to return it which is my preferred option. So can only say I'm very disappointed and hope Epson might be able to improve my opinion of their product. The 2 stars are for the fact that it worked okay for a while.
