Can these be used with scan n cut?

I don't think that these will work with the Scan N Cut. There seems to be some type of registration on the SNC mat. If the machine doesn't see the registration, it will not recognize the mat. I wish that it would. The price is great.

How do you clean these mats? I tried the same way I clean my cricut brand, but these seemed to lose their stick, unlike the cricut brands does

I used the Awesome spray cleaner from Dollar Tree. It seemed not as sticky afterwards, but it worked like new when I used it. I also have started using a brayer when laying things on the mat, so maybe that helped. I have also seen people use water and dawn dish soap or baby wipes.

Is this cutting mat reusable?

Yes, the mat is reusable. And once they began to lose their sticky a proper wash and they are as good as new.
