Review: QD Sling Swivel works really well, anti-rotation is a blessing and looks full-on pro. - I recently bought two uppers and needed to spruce them up with slings. I paired them with some Magpul M-Lok mounts. Here is my review, in the form of questions. Do they work? Yes, they work great. The pushbutton action works well and doesn't unintentionally detach, the materials are top notch, and it looks cool while keeping the sling attached to the upper. The anti-rotation is something I thought I wouldn't like, but after using the sling and mounts a few times I find it very desireable. Were they easy to install? Yes, very easy. Loop your sling through the mount, run it back through the buckle and then push the button to insert it into the mount. Easy peasy. Do they seem durable? Well, I haven't run any marathons with them but they are definitely high quality. They have a nice weight, there are no issues with the fit and finish so I expect them to last a long time. Would you buy them again? Heck, yeah! In fact, I'm going to buy another upper soon so I WILL be buying another one. Or two. We'll see what my bank balance is. Do they turn you instantly into a Navy SEAL? Nope. That takes years of training and a special kind of personality. However, they do look cool AND they work. Isn't that really enough?

A: Magpul is made in USA but what i received today May 5 2019 is not Magpul. Cheap chinese knock off. DO NOT BUY unless seller is Magpul themselves

Magpul products never seem to disappoint. While I am not a 'Magpul fanboy' I cannot deny that they make good products and I use several of them, mostly stocks and grips. Sometimes I think that they nickel and dime with the smaller accessories like this one, so I would not call this a good deal money wise, but its not a bad one. Works as well as a sling swivel should. Construction looks good and well put together, and I think that it will last a long time. It is easy to use and adjust, and it works well in its intended role as an attachment point for a sling. It does not work with USGI web slings, you need the wider one with the flat face for those slings. Personally, they are very well made, but they do not do anything that the cheaper ones do not, so it is not necessarily a good value for the money for some, but might be for others.
