## Questions & Answers

**Q: what is the load capacity on this? How much weight can i put onto this barbell?**
A: Per the description, it says 500 lbs.

A: No. Make sure the rack is for the length of the bar. My rack holds a 7-foot. I use the 6 as my landmine bar. Still a good bar for me.

**Q: How much weight is the bar itself?**
A: The 5ft bar weighs 22 lbs, the Curl Bar weighs 11 lbs.

**Q: Are the ends on this bar capped or have a nut?**
A: Hex bolt, even though the ad falsely described the bar as being capped with bronze bushings
