Highly Recommend — Great Product and Outstanding Support
The Neodrain Linear Shower Drain looks fantastic. The brushed 304 stainless steel feels sturdy, and the Quadrato grate adds a clean, modern aesthetic. I’m glad I chose it for my two‑unit project. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. I reached out about an issue that wasn’t their fault, yet they were incredibly responsive and offered a fair compromise. You really see a manufacturer’s true character when you need help, and Neodrain showed theirs in the best way. Their quick replies and solid resolution mean I’ll be looking to Neodrain again for my next project.

Modern shower drain
The plumber installed this drain in our master shower. Modern upgrade bathroom design. It drains nicely and makes it super easy to remove hair from the shower. The basket inside of the drain that collects the hair makes collecting and disposing of hair super easy.

Awesome drain
We recently remodeled our bathroom and decided to go with a linear drain. We love the matte black color and the shape of it. It has a great removable grate to be able to clean out when necessary. It catches all of the hair so that it does not go down the drain. It was an awesome upgrade to our new shower.

Upgrade from then round drain
Looks beautiful in my shower. Contractor said it was nice quality. It is still the same diameter drain hole- so if you normally clog the drain with hair, keep the provided hook close by.
