Has been running well silently. Unsure on the performance with powder detergent. We, ve been using Godrej Fab liquid detergent and clothes are clean.

It is actually a "Something is better than nothing product." Do not hope for great wash quality without using our hand. The prewash treatment is required every time mostly for white clothes. Only jeans are cleaned quite well without pretreatment with the dedicated mode. Overall, a good product to buy as a washing machine appliance. Remember that the wash quality in LG and SAMSUNG (I said it because of their service availability) front-load is the optimum standard. If you are in a hurry or beddings are piled up and you are super busy and tired and do not want to wash everything by hand daily, then buy this. You can check for LG top load also.

However, this explanation: - Doesn't address why a modern washing machine would rust so quickly - Contradicts normal usage expectations (most consumers use fabric softeners) - Attempts to shift blame to the consumer rather than acknowledging a product defect ## Warranty Issues Samsung has refused to replace the unit despite the obvious manufacturing defects, citing policy limitations. This raises serious concerns about their commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. ## Recommendation Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Samsung washing machine model to other consumers. The combination of: - Poor build quality - Premature rusting and deterioration - Unsatisfactory customer service - Unreasonable warranty limitations All suggest that purchasing this product will likely lead to similar frustrations and additional expenses for repairs or early replacement. ## Conclusion I strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative brands that stand behind their products with better warranty coverage and more responsive customer service. The stress and disappointment I've experienced with this Samsung washing machine have not been worth the investment.
