Anyone have a lunch bag that fits this?

yes, I ordered my daughter a backpack/lunch kit combo (School Backpacks for Teen Girls Lightweight Canvas Backpack Bookbags Set (074-Black Flower) from Amazon and the lunch kit is perfect for it.

do you have to use all 3 compartments for it to seal properly like lets say i had a light lunch and only use 2 parts of the container would close?

You have to use all three for it to close and seal properly.

Is there a replacement gasket available for this box?

Sorry, I’m not sure but very disappointed in this purchase.

Does it seal the same without using a layer?

No- you have to use all three for it to seal.
