Could this work to carry a sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens with a peak design slide & anchors or would it not be heavy duty enough ?

I have used it with a Fuji holding an 18-55 lens and no problem. The anchor mount screw seems to be robust, but I would call the company for their input

How can i connect it to tripod?

No. I’m not sure what the exact dimensions are but the piece is small with an even smaller profile. The profile is probably no bigger than a half an inch which isn’t enough to connect to a tripod.

Would it fit on Nikon Z6?

Yes. It has a standard bolt that will fit on any camera tripod hole thread (bottom hole of a camera where you screw in the tripod plate)
