The Tomaloo boards are great. I ordered this one from this 3rd party seller and don't recommend it. When my Grandson first used this board he had difficulty with the balancing as he was used to riding other hoverboards he said this one you had to position your body differently but we didn't think it was defective so he overcame the different way of balancing. Now less than a year later, one side of this hoverboard is totally unresponsive. I asked for a replacement and the seller refused because it was past 30 days. Wow 30 days for such a big item seems unreasonable to me. I took the issue up with Amazon who also said they could not help because it was passed 90 days. My advice is to steer clear of this seller and this brand of hoverboard both are not worth the money. We have had the best luck with Tomaloo hoverboards. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Annoying beeping sound at certain speeds. *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2017* Everything is advertised but it has one very annoying feature...first the good.The product is well built, the lights are cool, it charges within a reasonable time and the battery seems to last long enough. My son was moving in no time.Now the bad... it beeps when you go above a certain speed. It would have been better to just limit the speed and not make a beeping noise. So if you are traveling with friends, it becomes quite annoying when yours is constantly beeping. You have to strike a balance between finding the limit and not getting beeping. I don't understand why they included that feature. As you can imagine how teenagers are, I will be surprised if my son decides to keep using it.
