Bosch DDMS40 40 pc. Impact Tough™ Drill Drive Custom Case System Set

I picked up this Bosch 40-piece bit set to round out my tool collection, and it’s been solid for everyday projects. The Impact Tough™ bits feel noticeably more durable than the cheap bits that came with my drill — they handle the torque from my impact driver with far less stripping. The black oxide-coated drill bits also seem to cut cleaner and stay sharp longer than my old set.  The case is a nice bonus — rugged and well-organized with a tilt-in/tilt-out design that makes it easy to grab the exact bit I need without dumping everything on the bench. It’s compact too, so it fits right into my tool bag.  What I Like: • Impact-rated bits hold up well under torque • Good variety of driver and drill sizes • Black oxide coating helps bits last longer • Durable, organized case What Could Be Better: • Some sizes are standard — if you do a lot of specialty work you may need to add bits • Would love a bit holder with magnetic grip included Overall, for the price this set covers most household and DIY needs without breaking the bank. Great set! It has almost every bit you can use and they feel like they are very good quality.

I invested in a couple of these interchangeable sets as I have not found them locally here in South Africa. I really am a bosch fan and acquired an impact driver a few years back. I have been running on Makita bits as those were the only impact bits available at time. So my bits arrive and the first use is putting in self tappers, now I have got half way through this project with my Makita bit, not thinking anything. First use of my Bosch but, first self tapper, and it strips the point of the bit. Now I am really angry, spent a fortune on these bits and here I damage it on the first screw. Put the Makita bit in and try finish this screw, the bit snaps! That was my last Makita bit, so now I put the Bosch bit back in and finish the rest of the screws with no problem. This same bit with a chipped point has gone one to drive in 1000's of further screws. So from this my conclusion is the quality is good as I have now abused both the Makita and Bosch bits and they are both fantastic. The bosch interchangeable sets are fantastic, although with such high quality bits I dont know if you need to be swapping bits sets that much. Have really grown on these sets and will definitely buy more in the future.

llevo con mi primer estuche cuatro años y continua siendo robusto sin ser pesado, practico y de buen cierre como el primer dia, ha soportado varias caidas incluso abierto y sostiene las brocas intactas, la verdad que solo estuche deberia valer mas de la mitad del precio sin problemas. En relacion con las brocas me duraron cuidandolas en varios trabajos, (se pagaron por si solas), me duraron aun mas y al final se quebraron probablemente mucha presion por falta de filo o un movimiento brusco del trabajo, pero cumplieron y ya tenían que jubilarse, en relacion con las puntas una de ellas se me quebro pero ya a un muy alto torque pero para el precio es muy bueno, incluye puntas pozidriv las cuales te sacan de varios apuros pues muchos sets de otras marcas incluso no las tienen. EL sujetador magnetico no es tan preciso al 100 por ciento, ya que no gira exacto en el centro pero aun asi pasa la prueba, en su lugar utilice el sujetador de bosch con retenedor de puntas ITBHQC201, con todo el anterior voy por mi segundo juego y si te lo recomiendo
