This is my second time purchasing this brand of organic olives. I appreciate the non-toxic glass jar. These olives are lovely...not harshly brine- like or chemical tasting. I like to cut a few in half or slice as salad topping. They blend in with lettuce and dressing, instead of sticking out like salty, chemical coated thumbs.
