It makes the creamiest most delicious yoghurt with 36 hours at 36 degrees C. Sterilise all utensils involved with boiling water, heat the milk (1.5L) to 82 degrees and hold it there for 15 mins, cool it to 42 degrees. Mix in about a third of this pack. Add 2 tbsps of inulin (and ideally half a cup of dried A2 milk powder (optional but creamier)).
