Let me share my experience with the Max Factor Colour Elixir Moisturising Lip Liner, particularly in the shade 06 Mauve Moment. While this lip liner boasts exceptional qualities, there are some important points to consider, including the discrepancy in shade naming. Firstly, the moisturising formula of this lip liner is remarkable. It glides on smoothly and effortlessly, providing a comfortable wear throughout the day. The Mauve Moment shade, however, does not quite align with its name; instead, it leans towards a nude, orange, or pale brown tone. Despite this discrepancy, it's refreshing to find a lip liner that finally complements my natural lip colour! As someone with pale skin, lip liners often appear too dark, but this shade is just right. The longevity of this lip liner is impressive. It stays put for hours without fading or feathering, giving my lips a defined and polished look. In terms of packaging, it's sleek and compact, making it easy to toss into a makeup bag for on-the-go touch-ups. The retractable design eliminates the need for sharpening, adding to its convenience. Overall, the Max Factor Colour Elixir Moisturising Lip Liner offers a moisturising and long-wearing option for lip enthusiasts. This Max Factor lip liner is my favourite - smoother and more long-lasting than some which are much more expensive. The name of this particular colour is slightly misleading as it's not a bright pink or purple shade. For me at least, this is very close to my own lip colour and means that I can wear it with pinks, nudes or just plain lip balm - making it the only lip liner I need. Finding it on Amazon is a boon as whilst Max Factor can be found in many chemist/supermarkets, this shade is often out of stock.

This is a good lipliner which glides easily and is very pigmented with decent staying power. It is also great value for money. Online, it looks more pink whereas in reality it is more of a wine or maroon colour which is not what I wanted. Will be keeping as I can use it and it's good quality and value, just not what I was looking for!

Lovely natural colour that lasts and softness that's easy to apply. But breaks easily when being sharpened even with a good quality sharpener. So regrettably the pencil itself doesn't last as it might otherwise.

I have used this lip liner for years. It’s really hard to find this colour in the shops now, so am delighted that I can purchase it from Amazon. The cost is lower than the shops and delivery is always super quick. This is about my 5th purchase. The lip liner is just soft enough to glide when first applied without dragging the lips, it can also be used for full coverage and then blended down. The colour is strong but suits me. I did buy a Charlotte Tilbury lip liner it cost me over £20 and quite honestly I don’t understand the hype, it dragged on my lips and was hard work to apply, so I gave it away .

Will be repurchasing. Such a soft lip liner and a nice natural colour for me. Lasts ages and is great to travel with. Highly recommend, I have it in multiple colours. Absolutely amazing for the price.

This is a lovely lip liner but it will not twist up when you have used the little bit that is on vew when you receive it. So probably only get 3 applications before no use to you bit of a bad design or I got a broken one. No refund or return available so be aware when ordering
