First of all, I would like to say that I have seen the reviews from people who got this PC for free and then negative ones. I am EXTREMELY happy to report, this PC is AWESOME. It is the first time I have bought one and after watching countless youtube videos to prepare myself for a PC that had issues, I did not have any issues at all. I was sold because I got it at a black Friday price of $899.99. I had my own parts in my amazon cart for a similar build at just over $1600. So I was able to save half the money with this build. When I bought it, the specs list stated Windows 10 Home Geforce RTX 3060 (brand may vary) 16GB of RAM Intel i5 12th Gen (12400) B550 Motherboard and 500GB of SSD storage. What I didn't know is that my PC actually came with a Biostar B660 motherboard and Windows 11 Home! This made my purchase feel even BETTER! The one thing I was worried about was the graphics card as it was going to be a random brand. I Got an ASUS Phoenix 3060 V2! At first, I was worried about the Graphics card being a single fan and LHP card but after over a month and a half of use and some research, the card is great and stays cool during my gameplay. It stays at around 63 C when I play Call of Duty or Halo Infinite. While playing Fortnite, it stays around 52 C. Although I'm very happy with what I got, I am upgrading my RAM to 32GB for streaming and a second monitor, and I plan to buy a 4 TB SSD for more space. I'm happy I pulled the trigger before they ran out of PCs during Black Friday and was able to get a damn good deal!!! Great PC for a first timer!

Very good for gaming just make sure you have it connected via a cable and not through WiFi

When I first got this, I was impressed with the packaging. It seemed pretty packed densely with Styrofoam to stop it from sliding around (I suppose, to be expected) and even had packaging inside the PC to help keep it steady during the shipping. The inside of the PC is incredibly beautiful. The thing runs great too, incredibly smooth and I haven't ran into any issues yet. The only part I didn't like was trying to find where I could insert my drives from my old computer. This computer didn't seem to have data cables that I was able to connect to my old drives so I don't have much a choice to use them. I think they might have a newer version or something of the sorts, since my drives are somewhat aged. Either way, a little unfortunate. Aside from that, I was also surprised to see it came with a keyboard and a mouse. Don't expect a lot though, you can sort of tell that it's a little "plasticy". It's to be anticipated but I didn't even expect a mouse or a keyboard in the first place so I was pretty surprised. Maybe I didn't read enough. I enjoy the keyboard quite a bit despite that since it's got pretty nice clicking and a decent sized space bar. The mouse seems almost too plastic for my comfort but I'd still consider it a good mouse to use as a transition mouse to wait until you can upgrade. The biggest drawback was the shipping, since mine got delayed over a week from the initial date. In fact, the delivery was delayed twice and I had to wait an extra week or so. I was pretty disappointed since I was very much so looking forward to having my computer on that certain day. I don't mind that it can take a while to ship and I understand that the delays are there, but I'd rather have them put out a further estimate than assume they can get it to your house in a few days only to fall short. Overall, if you buy this on a deal, I think it's a great purchase. With watching all my friends struggle building computers and despite all the people who rag on people who buy prebuilds, sometimes spending that extra money is worth it in my eyes just to know that you're gonna have something that works. Or anyway, with better odds than someone building their computer for the first or second time. Make sure you use Honey to see when the price drops are and to see if you want to wait for the deal. I think this is one of the best on Amazon that you can find!

First off it came with bad components. Bad Ram consistently gave errors and the dreaded BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. I upgraded and replaced the ram on suggestion of the support team but still this computer has had nothing but issues. It won't run consistently and constantly powers down. Sometimes it will run for 5 minutes "sometimes less". I would NOT recommend this system for gaming it is not dependable or consistent. Might as well build your own as buy this piece of garbage. Support will blow you off and not respond until the warranty expires and then tell you your screwed... Good luck with this if you buy one. TOTAL GARBAGE just to be clear this system came with BAD ram and a BAD GPU card I am sure there is more wrong with it but not wasting anymore time or money to figure it out.

After getting fried by a lightning strike, I needed to replace my old gaming PC. I'd never contemplated buying one prebuilt, much less from Amazon, but as this also doubled as my work-from-home PC, I was under time constraints to replace it. So I crossed my fingers and bought the 7700X | 4060 model. Arrived with the system box packaged inside an oversize box. All good. The system was well-packaged with foam sections, and importantly, the interior of the PC was filled with blown foam inserts to prevent cards/memory/etc. from coming loose during shipping. Nice. Removal of foam was easy. It's been running now for about 2 months, and has been very reliable so far. Gaming performance has been more than adequate for my needs, and it works well for my work purposes. The included mouse and keyboard are very basic. I would not plan on using them for gaming or extensive typing; I consider them just useful as emergency backup devices in case my real keyboard or mouse craps out. All in all, quite pleased with the system.

6 months later and I love this gaming rig! They ship it all ready to go just make sure to look it over and remove the packing foam. Plug and play for set up. The white color looks fantastic! The quality is next to none. Its worth every penny. Its bright enough :) I did add my ram stick to 64 gigs and removed the 4060 and put a 4070 and wow the ryzen 7 7700x is a beast! It will play almost any game!

When I first opened it and set it up it wouldn’t boot, followed the trouble shoot sheet they gave. Got it working just fine! If you don’t wanna build a pc or don’t know how but wanna get into pc gaming this is a good value as it comes with a mouse and keyboard. They aren’t that bad either more then okay to get started with.

The computer was unable to hook up to internet because it was flawed. I sent it back, and an very disapointed.

had an issue with the pc 2 months in, it's a great gaming PC! But I was unfortunately unlucky and something happened to it. I took it in and got it looked at and the guy said the battery is not working and I guess there was another issue. So I contacted support. And I've had the greatest experience, very helpful, very nice. There is a 1 year warranty on it so I will be able to send it in and get it repaired and sent back. Overall great PC.

Amazing Desktop. Went for the Extra 16 gig upgrade to the ram for a total of 32. Multitasks like a beast. And it is every thing I was looking for and then some. The extra Ram of the same brand of ram was only like 55 bucks Canadian.

Don't expect 4k gaming but most titles will run at 60 fps on high or ultra at 1080 p. Tech support was very accommodating.
