Innova Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Table

Well built, very sturdy and stable. The quality is very good, woudn't expect for such price. Assembly completed without issues, very easy if follow steps. Works well, just need to find the balance lengh. Vibration has few modes, bottom, top or both, 3 intensity settings, helps to relax back muscules and spine. Don't use heat though, maybe in the winter. Would be great if headrest was adjustible with elevation, so I use rolled towel instead to suport my neck. The only thing missing is the lock board mechanism in initial position, when not in use, but I've made it from thin metal rod where the feet rail rests on the frame stabilizer, just circled the rod aroud it. Very happy with purchase and higly recommed.

Went together great. At first I was worried but after it was all done it works great never used one before. After a few minutes upside my lower back already feels better. It was like a release for my back I not had for years. As a retired power lifter whos 42 im impressed. Good job on this one.

It arrived early!!! Very surprised. Box was in good shape after delivery. Fairly easy set up instead of the supplied wrenches I used my own the supplied ones were tough to keep on the ends,(nothing bad). It was helpful to have two people, so my biggest complaint would be the packaging for the nuts and bolts were on a shrink wrapped piece of cardboard and they were not placed properly during packaging so when opening the box there were nuts and bolts washers all about the box mixed in with styrofoam. Otherwise the table works just as described, heavy duty unit.

This works great. It is very sturdy and can hold my husband no problem. He weighs 225 lbs. whenever my back or neck is hurting, I use it and I feel so much better! You only have to do it for like 30 seconds. It’s wonderful.

The table is BETTER than just good; but the 5th star is earned for customer support which is superlative. Before I made the purchase several questions were answered within 24 hours. After assembly of the unit the massage pillow worked, but seemed to be turning itself off after about 8 minutes. A replacement was delivered within a week of the time that I enquired as to whether this is considered normal. Some brief background: I am 78 years old, have suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years, have undergone physical therapy along with a Yoga like daily exercise routine, and most recently had an MRI that revealed age related spinal degeneration affecting my lower back and neck regions. My physician had little to offer. There were days where the pain radiated throughout my back and partially into my left leg. It often restricted in my ability to walk my dogs. Even sitting could be uncomfortable. After considerable research, and despite no conclusive agreement that an Inversion Table is much more than a placebo I decided to try one - - - and to save a few bucks if it turned out worthless I went to the highly rated but less expensive Innova product. Positives: 1.The Innova Table is easy to assemble with excellent instructions and videos available; but it does take some time and patience. 2. I adapted, quickly and easily to Inversion but I strongly recommend gradual increases in time and incline. 3. Balancing on the table is actually fun. 4. There has been a very definite improvement in my back pain. I assume it will never totally disappear, but is now reduced to a sort of very tolerable soreness...and I have only been at this for 7 weeks. 5. The table fits comfortably under an 8 foot ceiling and take up an acceptable amount of space. The Negatives: (every product has some, and they are minor with this table) 1. As noted by others, the "massage" pad is actually a " heated vibration" pad. I like it, but do not expect it to do everything. 2. The table is stable but could be more sturdy. I am certain I will get my money's worth, but we will have to see how it holds up over the long run. 3. I currently use the 30 degree incline, which is what the literature recommends as best for my age group. It works. Some products allow infinite adjustment of the angle. On the Innova I will have to go up to 45 degrees next. It might be advantageous if the design allowed more gradual increases. 4. I am on the table 3 times a day, My routine is 2 minutes incline, 2 minutes in a neutral position, 5 repeats. For many people this may take up too much of their day; but it's been working for me and enforces the reported advice that frequency of incline is more important than duration. Please consider that like most of what else is posted about Inversion Therapy; my advice is purely anecdotal. I truly like the product, love Innova, and can whole heartedly give this endorsement.

I have a L5-S1 heriation where I got surgery and recovered. But now I got injured again and my spine feels so compressed I am desperate for relief. I decided to finally get a Inversion table as I noticed benefits of my Physical Therapist providing "Traction" where they grab your ankles and pull on you which relieves tension on your spine. This is a similar effect by providing vertical traction. Your weight of your body relieves the tension on your spine. I opted for this model with the massage and heat. ABSOLUTE worth it. I put it on full blast heat and massage and man....definitely makes it worth it and gives some relief. It's no magic fix so far but even my pain management doctor said the purchase was an excellent idea and highly recommends it. This one will likely stay with me til I no longer exist. It's built really solid. Like it's REALLY solid. It's very heavy of a unit so if you are the one with back issues, hopefully try and get some assistance with setting this up. Keep in mind of space, it's a very large unit! It does sort of fold up but only so much. Its still a large unit folded up and makes for a pain in the butt in my apartment with limited space but I got desperate for relief from the compressed feeling in my disc and this has helped so much already. I'm trying to get it to relieve a pinch where my foot is numb. If this helps relieve that I will definitely update this here. But otherwise it's worth it alone for relieving that compressed feeling in your spine that just doesn't go away. From what I experienced in my short time of owning this. I can highly recommend it. At $200, this is a back injured best friend.

The Innova IT5900 inversion table is a Gr8 value! It is light enough to move around if U need 2 yet very stable when using it. Like most inversion tables I have owned and tried, the ankle clamping system, is a little uncomfortable. It takes some time to get used to! I like the heating feature it feels good! I haven't tried the massage feature yet! After 2 short sessions on it I can already feel an improvement in my Sciatica! That being said I found some of the plastic parts a little flimsy, such as the pin guard shield and the bumber on the front crossbar. Time will tell the tale, and I'll followup on this review in 30 days! The table itself is roomy, and nicely upholstered. Getting into and out of Inversion was a snap. The biggest complaint I have is the assembly time! It took me 3 hours to assemble it on my own! Installing the table was a real P.I.A.! I am a 70 year old man, 190lbs, 5'11"! I advise wearing athletic shoes, heavy socks and sweatpants when using the product this will reduce the ankle discomfort when U start using it. Definitely the best of the best!

The extra/advanced features of "heat" and "massage" are a gimmick. The temperature only hits 90F; barely registering as warm when lying on. The "massage" is a vibrator shaking in different spots. Neither are useful. Save your money and get a different version that works the same as this but without those gimmicks. The mechanics of the table are nice. All points you touch are padded nicely. The hinge is smooth. Center of gravity is balanced so moving oneself is easy. Assembly is ok; it takes doing but not awful. The table material is on the nice side of pleathers. No complaints. Folds for more convenient storage but the table still weights ~80lb so moving it takes work. Tends to slide when placed against a wall to store so be mindful and place something at the base to prevent it sliding and crashing to the floor. If the "heat" and "massage" functions were good/useful/real, 5 stars, but since it is significantly more to get a table with those "advanced" features that are worthless, drop it down to 3.

This "machine" was easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and accurate. After using it for 3 days (2 minutes each time - 3 times a day) at an inclination of 45 degrees, my persistent lower backache has practically vanished. Only an occasional trace remains when I get up in the morning and I have confidence that this will also disappear in time. I have used the Innova ITM 5900 for two weeks and the lower backache has not returned. I am 82 years old - and I had given up on that nagging condition and my doctor had no clue how to treat it - he prescribed a pill - what else is new. The Innova ITM5900 Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Therapy Table has not done anything (yet) for my nagging knee discomfort (occasional sharp pain) but I will persist because I realize that some conditions need more time to normalize. My "machine" will be a daily routine (3 times) and it is not exercise - it is therapy. I am pleased that I have decided to do something for myself (this time) and it does not really take much space and it is light enough to push around to a more convenient location. I am not using the vibrator/heater - maybe at a later date - I find it unnecessary. An overall five-star rating is most appropriate for this device despite the fact that it is missing a USB jack and WIFI (just kidding).

Terrific!! This inversion table is exactly as good as i hoped it would be. It's only day one of putting it together so as of writing this i have had around 10 sessions of being 70% inverted as i don't want to over do it and cause myself more harm than I'm already in. I must say that early impressions are sky high and this whole unit is of gym quality, it's built like a tank being extremely sturdy and secure leaving no doubts about safety when in use. The ankle supports are superb in holding you comfortably in place without much sliding. I have not tried it yet with the heat and vibration on, I'll try this tomorrow but I'm having doubts at the moment that I'll use that as you are already getting hot from being inverted and i don't want to sweat like crazy or pass out whilst upside down. Big thanks to the seller who reached out to me informing me that the plug is American only so it will require an adaptor and promising me that the delivery will be fast and in perfect condition which it was. Top marks and i highly recommend this inversion table and from this seller, you won't be disappointed 🙂👍

Decidi comprar la que tenia mejores marcas y no tanto un precio bajo. Por razones de durabilidad, confiabilidad, y facilidad de uso. Esta fue la que gano después de horas de definir entre vídeos y opiniones. En realidad es una máquina virtuosa, con excelentes características. Me ha ayudado bastante, nada exagerado pero solo llevo 2 dias usándola. Si la recomiendo hay muchas otras a mitad de precio, pero les faltan muchos detalles que a esta le sobran. De bono tiene un masajeador, muy bueno y vale cada pesito.
