I love them. I gave them 5 stars. They "are" small and they can cover the holes in the mask (like some people complained about), but with a little bit of fitting and adjusting, they work perfectly. It isn't really easy to adjust because the mask is "sticky" but it isn't something that is super difficult either. I didn't even know I needed these, but after years of not having any issue, I started getting an irritation from just using the mask alone . I saw these and ordered them. Maybe they always popped up in a search for bi-pap and I ignored them because I wasn't having a problem. These are great and I'm so glad I found them and will never use a mask without them again, at least I hope I never have to. I hope they work for y'all too.
