Great kit for the price! The amount of tools and thread are great for the value. The wooden burnishing tools are rather rough and one has splinters all along one grooved side, but nothing a little sandpaper cannot fix. Not the highest quality tool set, but excellent for beginners and hobbiest. You cannot beat the price for the amount of tools you receive, well organized, in a convenient carrying case! This kit is loaded with everything for basic leather working! If you need a leather repair kit or want to do projects as I hobby, I highly recommend this kit.

Great quality for the price. This is an extremely comprehensive leather tool kit for beginners. Some of the tools are more quality than others but they hole up pretty decent for the most part. I would recommend thos kit for any beginners.

This leather working kit is actually really nice for the price. Everything that was listed was included in the box, and all the tools were packaged well so nothing showed up damaged. From what I can tell so far, the tools seem to be pretty decent quality, especially considering how affordable the kit is. I'm just now getting into leather working, so I don't have a ton of experience to compare it to yet, but it's been a good starter set. If anything changes after I've used it for a while, I'll come back and update my review. My only real complaint is with the elastic bands that hold the tools in the case. They're not very tight, so the tools move around quite a bit and can even fall out if you're not careful when opening or carrying the case. It's not a deal breaker, but it's something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, I think this is a solid kit for beginners and I'd reccomend it if you're just getting started.

I Love This kit for work the leather ❤️

After watching several videos about how to get started in leatherwork, I got this kit. Aside from a plastic dead blow hammer, an appropriate surface to cut on, and a surface to punch on, this kit is really complete. Already had a green self healing mat, and got a $5 8x11 plastic cutting board (for now), and I'm off and crafting. I especially like the huge variety of thread colors, and each spool has a LOT of thread on it, not just a few inches worth of sample thread.

Most of the set is decent. The waxed thread is good and comes a nice variety of colors. The worst parts of the set are the needles and awls. They break incredibly easy, so you will probably need to replace them with some that are made with better quality metal at some point. Not a bad set for beginners at this price though.
