Good performance for such a tiny little box Processor is no "speed demon", (2.40GHz base clock speed is middle-of-the road, but 4+ GHz "boost" ciock, quad cores, plus dual-channel DDR4 memory is a plus) but plenty snappy enough for general-purpose computing. The Windows 11 Pro installation is truly "plain jane" retail Windows, with *none* of the "bloat-ware" that many pre-built systems (Dell, HP, and the like) are often burdened with. Also has room (and cables) inside for 2 internal 2,5" SSDs or HDDs (plastic tray and mounting screws included). Total of 4 USB 3.0 ports (2 front, 2 rear) as well. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I was plesantly surprised by the power of this small form factor computer. I used it as essesntially a desktop replacement and I have not been disappointed. With the i5 processor, 16 GB RAM and 500 Gb SSD and two 2.5 HDD placeholders, you cannot go wrong. I strongly recommend this device. I do not have anything to say on the tech support for this product because I have never talked to their support desk, because I am able to resolve any issue on the computer myself.

I purchased a Mini PC Windows 11 Pro NAB5 Intel Core i5-12450H on December 10, 2022, which suddenly stopped working (would not start) after about 30 days. I have tried to contact COOFUN several times, both by the email address and the telephone number for support, but there has been no reply. I did get a query email about rating COOFUN's customer support, but there has never been any customer support. The computer seemed great when I first got it, but the sudden failure and the lack to customer support makes it very difficult to recommend the product and the seller.

Yep you read it right,..this things a beast!!! My larger desktop gets ignored. dont mean to but I am still amazed how this thing handles my video editing apps and files, as well as watching prime movies when its connected to my 50" flatscreen. I'm glad whenever I can purchase something from amazon and not get that feeling of having been duped once again, going by the ever suspicious "exceedingly high" ratings, from verified purchasers --only to find out what I ordered was a bunch crap!!

Neither Ethernet port works. I don't know what is wrong with it but this is absolutely unacceptable. The one-click-open lid is rather useless and annoying. Who needs to open their PC with one hand at any time? Update: The Ethernet ports don’t work with a certain AT&T router. After switching to a new router from Spectrum, they work fine. Still, none of my other computers have this issue with the old router.

Product worked as expected until the day it just died. Just getting email responses from support has generally been pulling teeth. PC was returned to them an delivery confirmed over a month ago and still have not been contacted. Several emails to Minisforum have not been replied. --UPDATE-- Changing to 3 stars. After posting this review my emails were answered. Funny how that works. Finally received a comparable replacement after about 4 months from initial contact with support.

This little unit really surprised me. Worked great after connecting power, monitor etc. only disappointment is th M2 SSD. It’s only 512Gb. Going to try to install a 2Tb 2.5” SSD drive and load or copy Windows 11. If you want something that is not to complicated, this is the product for you.

Got this for my wife who needed something compact and simple to use in a small space. I am now jealous!!
