Thrown, dropped, run over, got wet, etc. It remained accurate month after month and never let me down!! When it did finally give up, it was time to file a warranty claim. I messaged tekton through their website at 4:10pm on November 29th and at 4:12pm on November 29th, the same day, only 2 minutes later, I had a new torque wrench in the mail on the way to me. You couldn't even see the issue through the photos I submitted because the issue was internal and I offered to send a video, but they didn't even care!! They just took my word for it and 2 minutes later I had a new one on the way!! Unbelievable!! You cannot go wrong with tekton guys!! They keep improving, they keep innovating, and they stand behind their product. They are one of the only tool companies left that are still doing things right!!
