Designed for adults focused on muscle growth and recovery, it offers a rich chocolate flavor in hygienic packaging, making it a top choice for fitness enthusiasts seeking clean, efficient nutrition. ## Description To create Gold Standard 100% Isolate, we start by selecting only the highest quality whey protein which undergoes a series of sophisticated filtration processes to ‘isolate’ out excess fat, cholesterol and sugar. The final product is a fast digesting complete protein containing no more than 1 gram of carbohydrates, less than a gram of fat and more than 80% pure protein per Serving. What is the difference ?** A: Whey Isolate is simply whey protein that has been filtered in a process to help remove the lactose in the powder itself. This is to create a leaner and lower fat protein source. **Q: How many servings?** A: Over 40 servings. **Q: 1 scoop of powder equals how many tablespoons?** A: One serving is 4 heaping tablespoons or 1/4 Cup. The scoop settles into the powder during shipping and is probably at the bottom of the tub. Tilt the tub to one side and slowly rotate. You'll find it easily that way. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by N***N on 24 July 2026* Taste is good.. Just started using.... will update in a while ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ おいしいです *by 松***保 on 30 March 2026* 乳製品の入ったプロテインを飲んでいたらお腹の調子が悪くなったのでこちらにしました。野球部の先輩が飲んでいたので購入しました。おいしいです。3度目のリピです。 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the price *by I***O on 6 July 2026* After finishing the whole tub, I feel confident saying this is one of the best whey protein isolates I’ve tried. I’ve used 5+ different brands over the last 3 years, and this one stands out because it sits really well on my stomach and does not cause bloating, which is a big deal for me. The mixability is excellent, the taste is smooth, and it’s easy to drink even after a hard workout. Yes, it is more expensive than some other whey proteins, but in my opinion the quality justifies the price. You’re paying for a product that feels clean, reliable, and effective. If you care about digestion, convenience, and a protein that actually feels light rather than heavy, this is a great choice. It has become one of those supplements I trust and would happily buy again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Isolate, Protein Powder, Chocolate Bliss, 3 Pounds, 44 Servings.
