His device is electrohydraulic, apparently the gold standard at present. I know this device is just a radial ballistic type with minimal penetration but the area of concern is only 1.5 cm deep. Toes and metatarsal pad on my right foot. I am now at the 6th week x 2 treatments per week and there is definite improvement. So far I have had no problems with the unit. I am able to walk without much pain. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be permanent. Review: DO NOT BUY NULATOOL - Breaks after two months - This product worked ok initially, but will suddenly stop working. The shockwave won’t even work anymore. It is unbelievable. I asked desertcart to reach out to the company, and they did nothing.
