Β These are very comfortable fins with a lot of power. I have had a pair for at least 10 years and they are still going strong. The foot pocket is limited to a 3 mm bootie. But you can wear a 5 or 7 mm water sock with them. If you get the ones with straps you can probably wear a 5mm bootie with the large. I prefer the spring straps and a 5-7 mm water sock which will take you down into the 50degree range.
