When I first got it and did my first set of note taking on the device, when it came time to erase I noticed I had to press the button multiple times. The text will gradually fade out with each press until I was clean. Was a bit annoyed at this but I decided I will live with it. I made some home improvement notes on it about 2 months ago and left it. Now that I have accomplished most of the items on that list and want to add fresh items I decided it's time to clear the device and it would not clear. No matter how many times you press the button. It doesn't even fade. I also noticed that the each of the display started to develop a green outline. Very disappointed with this device since Ive only owned it about six months now and barely used it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ My opinion on this product. *by T***Z on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2017* Feels very flimsy and cheap but seems to do the job. Came in with a battery that I don't know if it was dead or not. All I know is that it didn't work so I went to the trouble of buying a screwdriver and dl2016 battery. Put it back in and still didn't work. It is a total waste of your money and time.
