Do not buy it. **Q: How long will it last without opening it?** A: While I don't know how long an unopened bottle will last, my opened bottle is 3+ years old, and un-refrigerated. **Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?** A: I keep mine out of the fridge for 6 months and its still good. Enjoy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ wow and warning *by C***T on September 14, 2020* it is hot about 1/2 teaspoon on a chip and I thought this is the hottest sauce I ever had and its taste is okay. I thought I can take this, its not to bad. I was very wrong about three minutes later there was a burning in my stomach I started to sweat like I was getting over a fever I also needed a toilet. I grabbed a bottled water an ran to the bathroom and sat on the toilet. I emptied my bowls and sat there sweating so much drinking all my water and hunched over on the toilet with my stomach burning. Telling myself it would end. about 15 minutes later and I was soaking wet. I was able to get off the toilet and get to the fridge there I ate tuna salad and it helped a lot. its about 30 minutes later now and im doing okay. I will never under estimate sauce again. I will never have this again. I am so happy I was home when I ate it. I would not give out at a party there will not be enough toilets and people will feel they are dying. Much like a bad drug experience. Once you take it and start feeling it you realize its to late you cant change your mind you must live with what you have done. I would tell a friend not to do it. their is nothing good about it.
