Gibson Home Zen Buffetware 39 Piece Dinnerware Set , White

I got these dishes because I have a toddler that has broken several dishes from my pricier vintage set. These arrived all intact and have been really durable so far. They look nice, too!

Ordered in January and not one has broken or chipped. Super pleased with the quality and they look really good too! Will purchase again!

Dishes...lightweight, microwave safe, dishwasher safe, easy to stack/store... I really like the set a lot. Definitely would buy again

I previously purchased a Gibson Zen Buffet 4-piece set and love it. It holds up nicely in the dishwasher and microwave and is fairly durable. However, I needed more bowls as well as some dessert plates. Unfortunately, I found that you cannot purchase bowls or the small plates separately. I saw this 32-piece set and thought it looked like a great value for the price. Overall, I am very happy with the set. I love the two sized bowls, and I now have plenty of plates as well as the extra pieces. On the downside, the opening for the sugar bowl is rather small, the plug for the saltshaker was missing, and there are a few small imperfections, such as a small dent in the creamer and some small rough spots in the coffee cups, but these are not very noticeable. None-the-less, the set should be sold as imperfect.

Very nice set, it is boxed well to avoid breaking during transport. Pretty pattern and color. I like that its serves 8 and no mugs! We never use those, always too small.

These dishes are really pretty. I love that they come with 2 extra side bowls. Their definitely not fine china standards but for everyday use and if your looking for a nice white pattern these are wonderful.

Initially ordered this item based on its looks and the extra pieces (salt/pepper shakers and sugar bowl). After reading the negative reviews I cancelled the order but it was too late to cancel (due to Amazon’s speediness).I figured I’d reject the package when it where is delivered but my postman let’s quickly. The box was too big and heavy to return to the post office and figured it would cost a fortune to return so reluctantly I kept it around a few days before deciding to open it.Nervously, I unwrapped all the pieces, looked for chips or flaws, and didn’t find any. After I washed all the pieces, I put them away in the cabinets. As commented by other reviewers, they are off white in color, who cares. If you don’t compare them to anything white, they look white.After a few days, I started getting very attached to them and started to really like them a lot, especially the bowls. Yes the dinner plates are a bit smaller then the average standard size but I’m not bothered by it. What I really like about the dinner and lunch plates are that they are flat in the center and gradually curve upwards slightly which means anything liquid won’t spell easily. The plates aren’t very light in weight but I got used to them. I love the bowls, I’ve been in restaurants that have similar bowls for serving. The bowls are easy to slurp from 😀 (when no one is around). The platter isn’t as large as expected but so what. It’ll still hold food to serve.The mugs hold the same amount of liquid as my other standard mugs. I’m really happy I kept them. I like them more and more every day.

Black Friday Deal. Ordered 2 sets of these dishes. Each set came in separately, apparently from different vendors. The two sets do not match, the color varies slightly. Both are white, however one is not as bright as the other. Also the thickness of each set varies as well. Although I would have preferred for them to match, I guess I can live with it. Also I noticed one of the smaller bowls had a crack in it. Does not look like the bowl was cracked in packaging or shipping. It looks more like a manufacturing defect. I found customer service contact information on Amazon included with my order details. The number was for the manufacturer, not the vendor. And although they typically hold the vendor responsible for handling issues, they are looking into seeing if they have a piece available to replace the defective piece. If they do not, I will have to contact the vendor, which is not listed on my order details in Amazon. I truly hope they can help me, as I am NOT looking forward to attempting to repackage the 30 piece set to send back. There is no telling how I would be able to figure out the puzzle of fitting all the pieces into the original box. I was told I would be informed of the status within 48 hrs. I wll update my review at that time. Until then my fingers are crossed.

Low Budget Good Product.Good for daily use

The products are super nice, high quality of porcelain, no doubt about it and I couldn’t find anywhere else sell the same price as the products.The seller is very supportive, I texted her and she supported effectively!

I’ve owned this set for 2 years and it’s the strongest set I’ve ever had. No chips or breaks! We love the little bowls that come with the set. I use them for snack size chips and for organizing spices when cooking. This is a great set and they look expensive.
