I keep very long hours and sleep very little. I am almost always looking at a electronic screen of on sort. My eyes get more than weary. I must use reading glasses so I ordered my usual strength. These glasses are Wonderful for computer reading and writing, as well as cell phone texting. However, I also watch a lot of T.V. and I don't need magnification for T.V. It actually distorts my viewing, so I ordered a second pair today with no magnification, just plain blue blocking. I think these will really help my eyes from blocking blue blocking the T.V. So... the answer to "what strength of magnification should you buy"... Think about what would benefit you most. If you don't wear glasses to watch T.V. I suggest ordering a 2nd pair with plain blue blocking and a pair for computer and texting. These glasses are nice quality. I can't believe how little they cost. I selected this particular pair for one reason, its dirt cheap compared to other models.Does it work, its been over a month now and I really do feel eye fatigue/strain is less. I got LASIK done about 10 years ago and HATE having to wear glasses but its a price I'll pay if that means less strain. There's no special about these glasses, they work, ok style (I'm a male), comes with a case and microfiber cloth to wipe down.Sometimes I throw them down on my desk after having a conference call where I'm yelling at people but they still survive. If these ever break then I'll pay up for better style.
