This was the best. I loved the taste. I wanted to eat the whole jar. I love the texture and the quality of the ingredients. I could’ve swore somebody just made it fresh in my kitchen. I didn’t like the way they taped up the jar, like the kimchi sauerkraut was gonna crawl out of the jar. I like my jars and labels to come unscathed. They could’ve used other means…blue tape. I wasn’t going to re-order from them until I tasted it . 😂😁

Absolutely delicious! I taste a hint of ginger. I would rate it a mild hotness. Will be buying a lot of this!

Enjoy mixing it with leftovers
I add it to a variety of dishes and really enjoy it. It has a very distinct flavor on its own but when mixed in with something like a leftover meat dish or even 2 cans of tuna and last night's leftover salad, the flavor mellows.

Yo solicité dos frascos, procesaron mi pedido y me enviaron sólo uno, aunque me reembolsaron el costo del frasco no me preguntaron si aún me interesaba ya que el costo de envío es muy alto y no vale la pena pagarlo por un solo frasco. Definitivamente no compraría de nuevo con ellos jamas.

Llegó bien empacado pero solo al acostarlo un poco para abrirlo bien se derramó uno de los frascos un poco, así que la tapa no venía bien sellada. El otro frasco tenía la tapa bien, cerrada al vacío. El sabor es bueno, un poco ácido, pero ya no lo comimos con igual gusto ante el riesgo de que estuviera contaminado. Para ser kimchi tradicional me parece que le falta chile, pero para los que les hace daño está muy bien.
