Fantastic boots for the winter.
I can't say enough about this pair of boots. I have always looked for winter boots with fur linings but these boots are the warmest that I've ever worn. I live on Cape Cod and we had a snowstorm that recently dropped about 15 in of snow and I worked shoveling for an hour and a half and my feet never got cold. And all I had on was fairly medium weight pair of socks. Others have said that they run a little big. I wear an 8 shoe and I bought an 8. There may be a little extra room, but you could definitely fit a pair of heavy socks in these boots and they went on easily so I thought they were perfect. They don't seem to hold on to the snow so I don't come in with tons and tons of snow all over the boots. I highly recommend these winter boots not just for cold temperatures but also for working in the snow. They are a little expensive but they are worth every penny and the quality is exceptional. I also had no problems with slipping on my back deck or even in the driveway.

Best boots ever! (Almost--update)
Update: I ordered these boots in September 2023 and it's now September 2025. These boots keep my feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and are really comfortable to wear, and I wear them for hours every day as I take care of my horses and my farm-ette. But the soles have separated from the boot (see pic) and now my feet are constantly wet. In spite of that, I'm ordering another pair to replace the old boots because they are comfortable to wear and keep my feet warm in the cold and cool in the heat. Maybe this pair won't have the separation problem. But if this happens again, I may need to consider looking for different boots. But what works out to $40/year, maybe a 2-year lifespan isn't that bad. I still recommend them because until they separated, they were great boots. Update: They keep my feet WARM in freezing (and below freezing) temps, better than winter boots. I love these boots. Will definitely get another pair as backup. I added a partial insert for arch support and these are pretty flat. But other than that, they fit well and are reasonably comfortable. With horses, I'm in these for many hours during the day and so far it's all good. They aren't very heavy so easy to walk distances in and they hug my calves so stuff (like hay) doesn't fall into them. Will see how warm they are in the winter.

9 fit me so much better! I usually wear 9.5
Update: I usually wear 9.5 in shoes and the 9 in these fit so much better. I only have room for 1 pair of thick socks, but that's okay. I don't want my feet sliding around like they were in the size 10 I ordered previously. The size 10 was super bulky and too much room in the ankles. At first, I thought the extra room in the feet would be okay as I mostly planned to wear them in Minnesota in December with very thick socks, but after wearing a few times, I realized I'd have to wear two or three pairs for them to be comfortable. If you plan to slip these on and off as you go in and out of the house for farm work, or just taking the dog out, I recommend their shorter muck work boot that does not come all the way up to the knee. These tall boots are a little aggravating when trying to take them off in the house. It pulls my socks off every time, and they are not easy to get in and out of because they are tight at the top. Still, despite the fact that I have a few issues, muck boots are just the best way to stay dry. I need tall or long ones for hiking the creek and shorter ones for coming in and out of the house.

Best purchase I've made in ages. So, so worth it!
These boots are amazing. I got them on a great sale. My only complaint is against the seller. These were supposed to be the Tall Snow Boots and they were the shorter version. I still kept them and I actually like the shorter height. More versatile. I have used them for so many things and they are comfortable and warm and waterproof. I have used them sledding for hours. I went winter camping in them. I got on walks in the forest with my dog in rain and snow and my feet are warm and dry and comfy. If I had gotten the taller ones, I don't think I'd be able to use them for as many things like for sledding. I have noticed after wearing them for over a month, they do stretch out a bit, but are still fine. They are easy to put on and pull off and easy to clean. They are fabulous and worth the money. Even though I'm bugged that the description said they were tall and I paid for the tall and got the shorter ones, in the end I'm glad I got the shorter ones. I've worn them a ton this winter and they are my go to boots. I've also used them helping friends at their farm and they are great when working in the muck with goats, pigs, and chickens. Amazing boots!

Best brand to buy, durable and warm
I ended up returning these because they were too tight around the top of the ankle area. Reordered a different version and they fit great. I love this brand and my whole family has one version or another. They are typically warm, comfortable, and durable

Great quality and durability, worth the money?
Love these chore boots, really comfortable and still in great shape after 3 years of walking the dog in three Michigan seasons. The removable insoles wore out, but the boots are still warm and comfortable without them.

Ahhh...that's better!
Have been needing a replacement for my aged wellies for a while, primarily for dog walking. I wanted something warm, waterproof, comfortable and supportive . I wouldn't say I suffer from the dreaded plantar fasciitis but I do sometimes get mild heel pain, particularly when I've been in said old wellies for too long. These Arctic Adventures have great reviews everywhere tho I couldn't find any comments regarding foot support. So..one week in, here's my review Very happy with these. I am normally a size 6-61/2 so decided on the size 7 as I figured I could always add socks and I don't like struggling to pull on wellies. Perfect. I usually add a thicker sock over thin day socks anyway and these are spot on for size. Comfort wise, yes. My feet feel gently cushioned and supported. Lovely memory foam style insole. If I'd gone for the smaller size, I guess you'd get a tighter "hug" from the boot. So I would definitely recommend these and with free returns, it's worth trying. As for the pinkness....what can I say...Pink is the new black!! They are called maroon but I'd call it a muted deep pink. I'm a pink girl but the other colours look equally fab Added March 2021: After 4 years of intense use, one has now split at the join BUT I have had 4 years of warm snuggly comfort on my walks. Foot support still as good as day 1 and actually, I’m going for a duck tape repair as there is still a huge amount of wear left in these!

These boots are so comfortable, like wearing a pair of slippers. Good fit on feet and easy to get up leg over calf good fit there too. Lovely and warm, great looking too, already had lots of comments from other dog walkers.
