I recently added the Reolink solar security camera to my home surveillance setup, and I'm thoroughly impressed! First off, the installation was a breeze, thanks to the solar panel setup. No need to worry about wiring or power outlets – the camera runs entirely on solar energy, which is not only eco-friendly but also incredibly convenient. In terms of performance, the Reolink camera doesn't disappoint. It captures crisp, clear footage day and night including audio, ensuring I never miss a moment. Whether it's monitoring my property while I'm away or keeping an eye on the front of the house, the camera's wide-angle lens and high-resolution imaging deliver exceptional clarity. But what truly sets the Reolink camera apart is its timelapse feature. This innovative function allows me to condense hours of footage into captivating short videos, making it easier to review and share noteworthy events. A good little camera with surprisingly good WiFi range. The app is a little odd in places but all the functionality is there and there is no subscription required unless you want cloud storage. So far the solar panel has kept the battery at 100%. My only criticism is the size of the bracket for the camera; it's really too short (much shorter than the one provided for the solar panel). Overall recommended.

I have a range of Reolink devices and this camera was purchased to monitor the elevated part of our garden. The device is mounted on a custom made pole with a full strength WiFi signal and the solar panel has a clear view of the sky. The camera detection range is quite poor even when the setting is set at maximum. The connection through the app takes about 5 seconds but the playback of a video clip very often freezes and starts skipping several frames at a time. I can remedy this by rebooting the camera but it’s getting tiresome. There are also problems with the battery percentage. On very cloudy days when the solar panel isn’t able to charge the battery, the battery gradually decreases from 100% to around 86%. At this point the camera won’t connect via the app and after removing it from the post and connecting it to a charger the battery is around 2-4% . How it drops from 86% to zero overnight is difficult to understand. The camera has now completely failed.

I already have several Reolink cameras and bought these to replace two old Swan hard wired 640 x 480's. The difference was immediately clear with far crisper pictures. The only thing I may have to do is put a WiFi repeater nearer the front of the house as we have thick walls. Be aware that the solar batteries can lose power fast in the short days of winter especially if used in high traffic recording areas or if you constantly monitor them. I shortened the post record time.

Simple to set up, self charging with a solar panel. Simple control on the app, great value for money. I have bought two and the customer support is excellent. Can monitor the house anywhere.

Good and functional camera but mine arrived without a QR code on the camera therefore setup was not possible. It took several days and back and forth with seller to get it configured and working. At least now I know that even without the QR code there's a way to get the UID and use that to configure the camera.

I am so happy with these cameras. I only wanted one. I now have 3 and will purchase more of them. I already have the Arlo system but this is much cheaper to purchase and is a much better system. The solar panels easily charge the cameras even on cloudy days. If a camera does lose some charge, I just plug an waterproof battery pack into it for an hour or so to boost it. Then reinsert the solar panel again. The options and settings are amazing. You can do so much with it. The picture quality and sensitivity of the microphone have amazed me. You can hear every word someone is saying. Even if they stand around the corner out of sight and whisper. Definitely worth a purchase. I don’t have as many false alarms with these as I did with the Arlo system.

Déjà possesseur de plusieurs caméras Reolink plus anciennes, fiables, je me suis laissé tenté par deux nouvelles de cette référence. Vraiment pas déçu ! Captent mieux le wifi que les 4 déjà en place depuis quelques années. Dans des zones hors de portée wifi pour les anciennes. Donc pas déçu. Bonne surprise sur l'autonomie batterie. Tiennent bien la charge malgré nombreux enregistrements. Enfin bon point par rapport aux anciennes Reolink, la taille des vidéos. En haute qualité elles prennent moins de place sur SD. Codec video et meilleure compression ? La seule difficulté comme sur toutes mes anciennes Reolink est l'affinement des réglages de détection. Il faut s'accorder quelques jours de tests, et ajuster +/- les sensibilités. Les sensibilités car sur ces nouvelles caméras, il y a un réglage de sensibilité générale, et 3 autres de sensibilité spécifique. En effet on peut pousser à fond la détection des personnes, ou des animaux tout en baissant celle des voitures. Et vice versa pour chacune des 3 catégories si vous souhaitez précisément détecter une chose et pas une autre. Très pratique pour cibler le type d'intrus souhaité et ne pas déclencher les autres. Qualité d'image parfaite et fluide de jour comme de nuit. Autre point excellent : le micro et le haut parleur ! Le micro perçoit clairement des discussions au loin dec façon claire et impressionnante de finesse. Le haut parleur dépote ! Quand on parle à distance depuis l'appli Reolink et son smartphone, le son de voix est puissant et hyper audible dans tout le voisinage (pas le cas sur mes anciennes Reolink, son plus tenu). Quand on parle à un intru, il vous entend puissamment ! Et c'est bien. Je n'ai pas encore testé la fonction sirène, car pas utile pour mon usage de déclencher une sirène à chaque mouvement. Mais j'imagine que dans un local ou endroit qui ne bouge pas trop, ça fait office de système d'alarme. Je recommande. J'attends de voir maintenant la fiabilité dans le temps. Je croise les doigts pour la même qualité et longévité que sur mes anciennes Reolink ( 4 et 5 ans de service et toujours ok avec panneaux solaires).

Ich nutze die Reolink Argus Eco (Schwarz) jetzt seit knapp 2 Jahren und bin recht zufrieden. Die Installation war unkompliziert – das mitgelieferte Solarpanel sorgt dafür, dass ich mich nicht um das Aufladen kümmern muss, was für den Außeneinsatz ideal ist. Die Bildqualität mit 2K (3MP) ist wirklich sehr gut, und auch bei Nacht liefert die Kamera dank IR-Nachtsicht klare Aufnahmen. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die smarte Person- und Fahrzeugerkennung – dadurch bekomme ich nur dann Benachrichtigungen, wenn es wirklich relevant ist. Der PIR-Bewegungsmelder reagiert zuverlässig aber ein wenig zeitverzögert, da könnte wirklich nachgebessert werden Das 2-Wege-Audio funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich kann problemlos über die App kommunizieren, was z. B. bei Paketlieferungen sehr praktisch ist. Die Verbindung über 2,4GHz WLAN ist stabil, und die App ist benutzerfreundlich gestaltet. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Produkt mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – für alle, die eine kabellose, wartungsarme Überwachungskamera suchen, absolut empfehlenswert! P.s. Die Kamera ging nach ca. einem Jahr kaputt, jedoch war es total problemlos Amazon anzuschreiben, welche mir dann den Kontakt zum Hersteller vermittelten und ich nach ca. einer Woche eine neue Kamera zugeschickt bekam. Natürlich alles über einen Garantiefall.

Uso estás cámaras desde hace más de 5 años (han ido cambiando a lo largo del tiempo) y me funcionan perfectamente, aún estando bastante lejos del router les llega señal y no tengo problema de desconexión.
