A: Hi Anthony, no unfortunately it doesn't come with the hose.  Depending on the length , about $20.00. Happy off reading! .. Steve

A: Diameter is the industry standard which is 1.25” or 31.75mm...this will work with Rugged Radios, Parker Pumper, etc…
