Pleased with the service. I had trouble with the original head unit. I quit working, but the seller contacted me when I brought it to their attention. They worked with me and sent a replacement unit with a larger screen. Thanks Christy for your help.

Received this and installed it in August/Sept of ‘24 (Original Review) So I replaced my factory AM radio in my F100 with this unit. This thing does everything. Quality on backup camera isn’t perfect. But sound quality is great. May need an amplifier for bigger vehicles. But it works great in my little truck. I love it has a volume knob and doesn’t look super cheap. (Updated Review) I’ve recommended this radio every time someone is looking for a newer style radio for their classic pickup. Not any more. I have driven the truck roughly 150 miles since install and the first few trips were great. Parked the truck in the garage. (Battery Disconnected) for the winter. Had an issue where I believed it may be a loose connection when ( on/off/ white screen randomly) last time I drove the truck this spring, figured no problem I’ll pull radio and check the wiring. Upon pulling the head unit you could smell an electrical burnt smell. I ran fresh hot constant and switched 12v wires and a ground wire direct to a ground block I installed for a cb and accessories to be connected. After reconnecting unit I turned on the switch and listened to the radio a few minutes with no issues. Then it started blinking on and off again. I didn’t have radio fully seated back into dash so I turned off key and pulled the stereo. It is my opinion I was moments away from it catching fire. The unit stinks like burning electrical and was very warm to the touch. Do not buy. It’s a electrical fire hazard.

Wasn’t very impressed with product at first. The instructions where for another model stereo, not correct for the stereo I received. Not even the colors on the wiring diagram where the same as the harness (other than the speaker wires). After wiring up camera the display would not change to camera view. I went through all the settings and couldn’t get the camera to display. I tested the camera with a monitor and it did display an image. So the problem is the stereo. Somewhat cheap feel, but touch screen and blue tooth works surprisingly well. Sound is what is to be expected for the price. I feel that it’s worth the price. Unfortunately, on the one I received the camera did not work. Amazon would not refund due to it taking me 1 month to install the stereo and camera. So test as soon as you get. There is no manufacture info on stereo instructions. Seller was very helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me. The replacement did work and I appreciate the seller taking the time to respond to me. It works well for the price.

I installed this radio with back up camera and it works just perfect incl. Apple CarPlay etc. The only little issue is that the installation manual that comes with the radio is not detailed enough and I had issues to connect the camera but when I found the manual at the Amazon website for the product everything was clear and easy.

It was cheap but I wanted a single din with touch screen and not many options available. Let’s start by how light the radio is. It does not have enough power to push any speakers. So hook up a amplifier. Well you only have one output for your speakers and one output for your subwoofer. My subwoofer output did not even work. No controls for the subwoofer even if it did work. Could not pick up many stations on radio even though the last radio I had did. The blue wire for the amplifier power was missing. Had to run that to another part of the wiring to the car so amo would cut on and off. The apple play does not work. That’s something I wanted so I am going to bite the bullet and buy a pioneer radio that is 700 dollars now. Hopefully I can return this radio. The concept is good butchery need to fix some issues and if it was more expensive but it worked good then I am sure people would buy it. However I do not recommend this radio and no money or credit will change my review from the seller.
