Super easy to put together and overall nice cat condo
I really liked the ease of putting this together and the softness of the material that covers the pieces. My two cats absolutely love this condo and spend their time in the house and hammocks the most. They did like the top bed until they discovered it wobbled and they felt scared to sleep or sit or even hop up there. I tried tightening the pillar for extra stability and it just wouldn't stop swaying so I took the top structure off and put it back on. To my disappointment it was still not solid like the lower cat bed on the pillar so I decided to take it off for now and contact the seller. However, when I took it off, the internal plastic cracked where the screw goes in. I am so disappointed because I can't find a contact number for this company and now I don't know what to do. I don't want to send it back to Amazon for a refund but I have a defective cat tower. I can use it the way it is without the highest tier but that is not what I paid for or wanted. My cats like to be high up and have different levels to play on. I hope they will contact me to fix my condo or I will have to send this back to Amazon!
