My toddler loves all bottles from Zack designs. This one with Elsa her favorite, she only takes this one to daycare. I love how easy it is to disassemble and clean. However, the plastic lid is very weak, with little kids habits to throw their bottles around it doesn’t hold for more than 3-6 months for us, it breaks at the lid base, the bottle remains usable but not portable around. I had to switch tops around to continue to use the one she loves for her to be able to take it to daycare.

Loved this water bottle. Size is great. The only bad thing was it got accidentally washed in the dishwasher and the bottom of the cup warped and it was uneven. The design is cute and functionality was great.

This was a great cup. It kept drink really cold. I wish it was a little bigger. My kids drink a lot of water and milk. And so had to constantly fill it.

Kids are kids, but it fell from a 3.5 foot table onto the wood floor and dented with ease. It definitely has weak spots in the metal. But for what it's worth, the 27oz capacity, and printed images are good quality. Condensation, yeah, there's a lot of that if you put ice in it. It's not one of those higher end vacuum sealed dual walled cups. I got the harry potter version as well. Also gets extremely wet from condensation and has no sort of grip so the kids sometimes have a hard time holding them. They leak a lot. Easy to open for a 2 year old to drink from. Easily opened by an 8 year old to refill. Just don't over tighten it.

Good quality, unfortunately it is small for my grand son's school use.

UPDATE: I just got a response from their customer service regarding another issue I’m having: All of the sweating and freezing cold metal (ice and water makes it COLD to hold) is because it’s not an insulated bottle and it was on me to make sure that it WAS insulated. *Sigh*. One more thing to become an expert on. Here’s the thing, I bought another one of their bottles that looks exactly the same (except the Minecraft art is a little different) and I didn’t think to see if there was a difference. They looked exactly the same on Amazon! So now the volume isn’t what it was supposed to be and I have to read through all of the fine print to determine if the two bottles I purchased are indeed insulated. Why not just make a high quality product instead of cheaping out on the metal production? All of us parents are trying our best with the craziness of the world, filtering through cheap products on Amazon and just trying to survive—help us out here!! I might be feeling a little spicey because my family member died yesterday. Customer service’s response, though. Ugh! ‘“Your fault! Make sure you do better next time.”’ It just got me. Paraphrasing, of course. :) It was important for the bottle I ordered to hold 27oz of water for my kid while at school and after school activities. Disappointed to receive it and it’s 19oz. Description is wrong. It’s too new to review anything else, except to say it looks good and the quality seems to be up to par.

My daughter LOVES PJ Masks, so she was super excited to get this bottle! It keeps drinks cool to an extent, but we hadn’t had it for long, nor was it dropped/used harshly, yet the paint is almost completely gone! It also leaks. Unless it's on sale, I wouldn't purchase this, especially when you can get better quality from Smiggle for cheaper!

This tumbler is great for my son, he doesn’t have to keep refilling at school as he drinks a bit of water during the day!
