The structure feels firm and supportive, especially for flat feet and overpronation, and the materials seem durable for daily use. However, the sizing runs large. Even though I ordered the correct size based on the chart, the insoles were too big for my shoes and required trimming. They also feel best in shoes that have a bit of extra space, so I’d recommend going one shoe size up or using them in roomier footwear like trainers or work shoes. Once properly fitted, they do help with comfort and stability during walking and standing. Overall, these are good-quality insoles with effective support, but sizing could be improved.
