How long is the cord?

The cord is 12 feet long. We also offer an extension cord. We have had some customers extend the cord over 50 feet

It is a 20VAC 10VA Power Supply. Input is 110VAC 60Hz.

Will this help the voltage with my mechanical chime? My mechanical chime will only sometimes ring loudly.

It may. If you have a traditional transformer it may not be powered properly for the Nest Hello. However, you may also have a wiring issue. We are happy to discuss it with you and help you trouble shoot. service@ohmkat.com

I need the cable to be longer, I just purchased the adapter, but need the total length to be 9 meters. (27 feet), where can I buy it ?

I never bought same as this bell but I have another type and I bought longer wire for it from Amazon but you have to write for them same type as you need
