Product is well built and very sturdy. Easy to assemble. Main thing to check is the chair compatibility. I had already read that the plastic chairs didn't work, but I had the metal type in the picture and some of them didn't work either. I can't confirm all the brands that are compatible, but the cross bar connecting the legs at the back has to be several inches off the ground. Otherwise, the chair will hang too low. I had four different brands of metal chairs and two of them weren't compatible with this device.

We run an event center in an old elementary school gymnasium and have a bunch of standard padded metal folding chairs. I was really happy with this chair dolly. Heavy steel construction, really solid welds and quality powder coating. Easy to assemble - 12 bolts and nuts. I chose this one because the arms that hold the chairs were a bit longer. Glad I did. Fully loaded, this dolly holds 96 chairs and rolls smoothly once loaded. It shipped in a very heavy duty cardboard container and arrived without a scratch and with all parts inside. If I need another I will happily order the same dolly again from this manufacturer.

The directions say that it is best to put together with two people but, with the assistance of a couple folding chairs for balance, I was able to put it together by myself. It is well constructed; solid and sturdy. The only downside is that it's a little heavy to move on carpeting when it's loaded up, but it does move and it doesn't feel like it's going to tip over.

Bought this cart to organize our chairs & potentially our rentals. Great solid product, well worth the $$. Easy assembly, great buying experience. Very fast delivery.

This cart is a great storage solution for metal chairs, and works as described. It is a little tight through a 36" door, but manageable if you have decent space. The only flaw I have found is that some chairs are made with the support rail too far into the frame which causes the legs from that row to get in the way of the top row. But, because of the height of the loaded cart, they cannot go on top. It's just a little thing, as most of our chairs worked fine.

This is a very sturdy product, it holds the chairs that we load up on it. Have not had any problems with the product, that’s why I bought another one. We now have two that hold 80 chairs apiece and we can maneuver them in an out of our storage area.

Easy to put together even for one person. Doesnt fit all folding chairs. If the bar for your feet is missing it makes the chair too long and cannot be put on the lower level. Otherwise, this may be the most sturdy chair carrier ever. The last one I bought, not Safeco, had a wheel buckle under weight and the cross bar snapped.

Ease of movement.

Came slightly damaged in shipping - but the product is great! Very versatile - using Costco Chairs - you need to load them interlocking from top to bottom and opposite direction to each other. Be sure to factor in the height of the unit WHEN LOADED WITH CHAIRS for applications where you may need to go through doors from one room to the next. Also, due to the weight of the unit when loaded, it needs complete flat surfaces and does not move well on carpet. But overall, still a great product.
