The K10 is a fantastic mechanical keyboard that has hot swappable key caps and a shuttle back lighting in one color, white, which is fitting for a keyboard that is all business and no fluff. This model is not high-end, so don't expect aluminum, or any other metal casing. It's a plastic keyboard, but it is clearly high quality in the way that it's built and in how the keycaps feel. I purchased this model because I wanted to put in custom keycaps and use Keychron's famously great functioning switches. I've had this keyboard for a couple weeks now and it has not disappointed. This is not a longevity review, because I haven't used it for a long time, but it is a review about its quality, and it's capabilities. It's a full size keyboard, the hot swap capability is there, which I definitely have used, and it's fully customizable. This is a great entry-level model of a high-end product line and it shows.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotswabble keyboard for office or WFH setup. My only complaint would probably be the keycaps. They’re ABS and soft to the touch but it really does attract a lot of oils. You can’t go wrong with the k10!

I bought this as a gift for a family member that wanted a silent keyboard. Without any modifications, the keyboard is pretty loud but by using the foam that was included in the box (not made for the keyboard, but I cut it to size), different keycaps, and o-rings I was able to get it pretty silent without feeling much different.

Very heavy and high quality keyboard. The keys feel great. Lots of great backlight options and I also love how it's so flexible with wired or Bluetooth options. I use this for work daily and will never go back to a normal keyboard.

Battery won’t hold a charge after about a week of use, missed the return window while I dithered about what to do and what I could have done wrong. I would return it if I could, it’s barely able to connect via Bluetooth and every test I did on battery life meant I had to start the Bluetooth connecting battle all over again. I’m looking for a replacement and this keychron will become a fairly expensive paperweight.

Awesome board, gave 3 stars as I had an issue with some keys having issues, and the company doesn't seem to respond to emails.

This has to be the worst experience with Bluetooth I’ve ever encountered. When trying to pair on windows 11, I kept getting an error message to try again. After looking it up online, someone said to try holding the keyboard up to the back of the motherboard and voila it worked! Only to then find out that the Bluetooth is so incredibly bad that it can’t even keep up a decent connection from 2 feet away. Look it up online for yourself. Loads of people that have to use the (extremely) short cable they give you and now I’m one of them. Works fine that way but it’s 2026… Actually might send this POS back actually and use my $12 Logitech instead
