Well-built and effective
This is a well-built and effective tool for manipulating soft tissue in the body. I find it to be most effective on my achilles tendon/calf area and my quads. Regular use has definitely helped increase my ankle mobility for better squat technique.

PERFECT for sore legs, especially anything below the knee.
They had this in my local CrossFit gym and I had to have one myself. A little up there in the price, however, this will last me a decade at least.
