I've been using this product since September to assist with maintaining a lean weight, and have consistently re-ordered due to the results I've seen, as well as how easy it is to take. Other similar products are full of caffeine and diuretics that cause you to crash and don't give you a "real" fat burning result. The active ingredients in this product are clinically proven to actually help you burn fat, without harsh stimulants, which is something that I can feel good about. I also love that you can take this product at any time, and still receive the benefits. As a working professional, I hate having to time a supplement with a meal, and with this product you don't have to do that. However, this product is not a "magic pill" in terms of the weight loss results you'll likely see. You will absolutley need to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimine in conjunction with using this product in order to see the benefit. Overall, this product can help you meet goals, if you are using it correctly and following a healthy lifestyle.
