Will the 6710M-66 work correctly if I add a longer wire?

We tested before and the flow meter still works functionally even when extending the cable to 100 feet long.

Hi, thanks for asking. The flow sensors use a material that can be wet for a long time. But the electronic control unit is not, so please keep it dry and notifier battery situation.

Is there a disconnect harness to sensor?

Yes, there is a disconnected harness between the control unit and flow sensor. Its JST type connector.
