Ugh! I have used this Emile Henry Baker many times and love it! It's 11" x 8" size is so versatile. I use it for baked goods, roast foods, casseroles, meatballs, and other dishes. Even heat distribution. I do not have a dishwashing machine, this baker cleans up easily by hand washing and drying with a dish towel. I highly recommend this product.
