Some parts broken
I found this product to be overall quite good; however, I did encounter an issue with the attachments. One of the two pipes I received was broken.

Received Shattered mixer
Very very very beautiful mixer, but came completely shattered, I am returning it will order again hope will be in good shape.

Really nice looking Matt black tap which is great value. A similar looking tap would cost 3 or 4 times the amount from a shop. Had no problems with flow or leaks and mixes well.

It looks beautiful, very elegant and good quality. The water runs smoothly in a good quantity, I wonder if it could have more pressure like the one I had before but it doesn't bother me much.

I absolutely love this tap,looks fab in my new bathroom but my only negative is the black chipped off when I was just cleaning bit of dried toothpaste off it,didnt use a harsh clothe either.so clean gently.ive only had it fitted 3 weeks.
