What is the fabric, will it scratches on bare skin?

This c section recovery belt is made of cotton and spandex. So we can say that in confidence ,this postpartum bely is the best choice for c section and superior for natural birth. The cotton is breathable,soft and skin-friendly to your scar which would prevent sencon infection.On the other side, spandex comes with great elasticity to make sure you can stretch freely even breast-feeding,walking,sitting.No need to take it off and wear it all day as your needs . Why you all recommned this belly band?

I personally don't recommend this the picture shows it as a wider band that what it is. It is only a 9-inch band and by the picture it looks like it comes from under the breast clear down and that's not the way it fits on me. It also said that it was sizing was true to fit so I measured to be sure and ordered the size, but it was a stretch to fit

Is it true that the extender is free, when both added to order? In my cart it doesn't look like it is.
