Easy and fun. Price is great for this Gimble

I just returned the DJI OM5 and got this one. I am a loyal customer of DJI. I have a Mavic 3, a Phantom 3, and a RoboMaster S1. Overall speaking, DJI makes great products. I will say DJI definitely is the leading company in the gimbal product line, but they did not make the OM5 outstanding from other brands. Vibrating, overheating, and not level, OM5 gave me terrible experiences. Their App also has lots of ads and useless features. It is hard and unintuitive to use. I compared this one with the OM5, they are almost the same. The OM5 has better build quality, but this one costs half of the price. I do want to mention this one also has issues that OM5 has. However, those issues are common in any handheld gimbal. There is no perfect product at this price level.

This gimbal is awesome! First, it's more affordable than some other brands. Second, the quality is pretty good and definitely easy to use. When you mount it on your phone, it won't clip the sound or lock button on both sides. The app is really easy to connect with the gimbal. I uploaded a video that I shot in Central Park when I walked up the stairs. The shot was so stable and steady you won't even notice I was climbing up. What's even more amazing is that you can use the gimbal to take panorama photos. It stabilizes the shots so well and it can make the phone tilt different angles to take photos and then combine them into a panorama shot automatically.

4 stars because it doesn’t stabilize while walking as good as other but it does have some awesome functionality. Other down side is that it drains your phone battery pretty quick because it goes through a 3rd party app.

I am a novice amateur photographer, this is one of my favorite mobile phone stabilizers, because to my surprise, this AOCHUAN SMART X is actually very easy to use. When I buy electronic equipment, I habitually check the manual before using it. It is worth mentioning that the manual is very concise and clear at a glance. I use this device for outdoor photo shooting. The SMART X is very compact and portable when folded. I really like the smoothness that it rotates 360 degrees with the thumb gear that controls the movement. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the battery life, but the battery can be replaced and the design of the magnetic cover is very clever. Buy an extra battery if you will be using it for a long period of time. The AOCHUAN SMART X is reasonably priced and offers a good value for the cost. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use video gimbal for beginners.

This contraption worked for about a week and then it didn’t work anymore.

Desde el momento que desempacas el producto te sientes abriendo un producto de calidad premium. Material y acabado: el acabado y material es justo para el precio. Funcionalidades: Tenemos una buena cantidad de funciones desde el gimbal y otros pluses en conexión con la aplicación. Cabe recalcar que se puede usar con o sin aplicación pero esta te dará muchas funcionalidades mas...si tienes Iphone muchas mas que en android por cuestiones legales. En resume es el mejor gimbal que encontré por un buen precio, porque otras marcas son mas costosas y ademas la aplicación en compatibilidad con android es la que mas control permite.

This stabilizer works decent for the price. It’s better than not having a stabilizer at all. However, battery only lasted a couple hours. Disappointed because I had an all-day project to complete for a client and could not use it while it charged. I also felt like this one kept tilting my phone down too far, I had to keep correcting that (maybe user error but I’ve never had that with previous stabilizers). Maybe skip this and buy a more quality one.
