I am not a doctor, but I do not believe the Collodial Silver Cream will hurt your delicate facial skin; however, I would test it before using as a facial cream.

Its a nice cream and about the thickness of hydrocortison cream. Its nice for when you want a cream and not a gel. I have both as keepers.
