Die Verriegelung ist sehr gut. Sehr gute Qualität. Was ich mir noch wünsche würde: Mehrere Farben - zur besseren Unterscheidung wenn mehrere Kabel vorhanden oder im Einsatz sind. Und eine Gummierung (vll sogar mit Kappe oder Deckel)

Premetto che sono un tecnico e mi fa piacere scrivere questa recensione perché l'articolo vale i soldi spesi. Non mi dilungherò in osservazioni positive, che sarebbero comunque interessanti per ingegneri e progettisti, ma di poca importanza per i comuni utenti, per concentrarmi su altri commenti che possano essere d'aiuto a chi ha intenzione di acquistare questo prodotto. Questa presa volante è ben fatta, sia esternamente sia nella parte interna ove viene realizzato il collegamento al cavo di prolunga. La forma schiacciata della "coda" consente un'impugnatura agevole, nel momento in cui si deve ruotare la ghiera per il bloccaggio della spina. A quel punto la presa blocca la spina in modo estremamente efficace: ritengo di poter escludere lo sbloccaggio accidentale. ATTENZIONE: la forza (coppia) da esercitare per il bloccaggio presa volante/spina è elevata, questo potrebbe essere un problema per chi non ha molta forza. Nel mio caso, avendo acquistato il prodotto per installarlo su una prolunga con conduttori da 2,5mmq, non ero sicuro che i morsetti fossero idonei a serrare cavo di questa sezione. Sono stato contento invece di verificare che ai morsetti possono essere tranquillamente collegati conduttori da 2,5mmq ed il pressacavo consente di bloccare anche la relativa guaina. In questo caso, dado il diametro esterno della cavo, risulta un po' più difficoltoso l'inserimento della guarnizione che sigilla l'ingresso del cavo nella presa. Con un po' di pazienza e l'aiuto di qualche goccia di alcool etilico per agevolarne lo scorrimento, si riesce comunque a completare il montaggio in maniera ottimale (vedi foto allegate). Nel mio caso ho utilizzato un cavo H05VV-F, idoneo a prolunghe in ambito domestico. Nel caso in cui la prolunga dovesse essere utilizzata all'aperto, per il collegamento alla rete elettrica di apparecchiature agricole (tagliaerba, tagliasiepi) oppure elettroutensili (seghe circolari, etc.), specialmente in caso di ambienti umidi oppure quando siano possibili sollecitazioni meccaniche sul cavo, il cavo migliore da utilizzare è l' H07BQ-F (con guaina di rivestimento in poliuretano - colore ARANCIONE VIVO, ad alta visibilità) che conferisce alla prolunga un'ottima resistenza meccanica, all'abrasione e ai tagli. Qui di seguito cito la norma di riferimento con alcune delle caratteristiche d'impiego: "Riferimento Guida EN 50565: cavi che possono essere installati all’interno ed all’esterno, in ambienti secchi umidi o bagnati. Per applicazioni per servizio pesante e per l’alimentazione di macchine industriali e agricole. Per collegamenti soggetti a sollecitazioni meccaniche medie quali utensili elettrici (per es. trapani, seghe circolari ed utensili elettrici domestici) ed apparecchi di riscaldamento purché non vengano a contatto con parti calde e non siano soggetti a radiazione di calore. In caso di funzionamento ad alte temperature si deve evitare il contatto con la pelle. Adatti all’uso per installazioni fisse su facciate di edifici provvisori e baracche di cantiere destinate all’alloggio. È permesso l’uso fino a 1000 V in c.a. per installazioni fisse e protette (in condotti o apparecchi). Non è ammessa la posa interrata anche se protetta. Riferimento Regolamento Prodotti da Costruzione 305/2011/UE e Norma EN 50575: Il cavo è adatto per l’alimentazione di energia elettrica nelle costruzioni ed altre opere di ingegneria civile." Un altro cavo idoneo e più economico del precedente, anche se con caratteristiche di resistenza meccanica e chimica inferiori, è l' H07RN-F (con guaina di rivestimento in policloroprene - colore NERO). Questo cavo ha il vantaggio della maggiore flessibilità rispetto a quello con guaina in poliuretano anche se è un po' più pesante. Qui di seguito riporto la norma di riferimento anche per questo cavo, con alcune delle caratteristiche d'impiego: " Riferimento Guida EN 50565: cavi per posa mobile: uso interno, all’esterno e in officine industriali ed agricole. Per l’alimentazione di macchine industriali ed agricole e collegamenti soggetti a sollecitazioni meccaniche medie come piastre riscaldanti, lampade per ispezione, utensili elettrici quali trapani, seghe circolari ed utensili elettrici domestici. Per posa fissa, può essere utilizzato in edifici provvisori o baracche di cantieri. Idonei per collegamenti di elementi costruttivi di apparecchi di sollevamento e di macchine. Adatto all’uso in ambienti secchi, umidi o bagnati (AD6). In caso di installazioni protette come in tubazioni o sistemi chiusi simili, è concesso l’utilizzo a tensioni fino a 1000 V in c.a. o fino a 750 V in c.c. verso terra. Riferimento Regolamento Prodotti da Costruzione 305/2011/UE e Norma EN 50575: Il cavo è adatto per l’alimentazione di energia elettrica nelle costruzioni ed altre opere di ingegneria civile." Ho voluto inserire nel commento questi riferimenti ai cavi idonei per utilizzo all'esterno dell'ambiente domestico perché spesso non si da la giusta importanza alla scelta del cavo. Questa presa volante Electraline 71935 consente la connessione al cavo più idoneo, in funzione dell'utilizzo richiesto. Un ottimo acquisto.
